Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup chopped shelled peanuts

3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

1 large egg

¼ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon salt

¼ cup water

Oil for frying


Directions:

Mix all ingredients well, drop 1 tablespoon at a time of the mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve as a snack or appetizer.
