Asun Goat Ingredients:

2 pounds of goat meat, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of ground pepper

2 tablespoons of onion powder

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1 tablespoon of ginger powder

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of dried crayfish

2 tablespoons of chopped onions

2 tablespoons of chopped green peppers

2 tablespoons of chopped red peppers

2 tablespoons of chopped scallions


Asun Goat Directions:

In a large bowl, mix the goat meat with vegetable oil, ground pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and dried crayfish. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread the goat meat pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

Add the baked goat meat to the skillet, along with the chopped green peppers, red peppers, and scallions. Stir well to combine, and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the peppers are slightly softened.
